How does TAAT verify my age?

TAAT will try to verify your age using a 3rd party age verification solution.  TAAT will attempt to verify your age in 3 ways;

Using your name and address

Using the last four digits of your social security number

Uploading a photo of a non-expired government issued ID

TAAT was unable to verify my age, does that mean I can’t buy TAAT products?

TAAT cigarettes are intended for legal age smokers 21+ years of age.  If TAAT is unable to verify that you are of legal age then it is our policy not to complete the sale.


How long does shipping take?

Usual shipping times can take up to 5 days from the time your order has been confirmed.  Please note: due to COVID-19, our carriers are currently experiencing significant delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. You can expect an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered and up to 5 days before you see any movement on your tracking ID after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your shipment address.  FREE SHIPPING will be applied to all orders with a minimum of 2 cartons.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

How can I track my order?

Please refer to your order confirmation email to locate your shipment tracking details.

What if my order is lost and never arrives?

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

TAAT offers expedited shipping where available for an additional cost.  During checkout you have the option to select standard or expedited shipping.  Standard shipping is free when you order 2 cartons or more.

Why did the price change when I inputted my shipping address?

The price of TAAT cigarettes is different in each state and the price you pay is dependent on where the cigarettes are being shipped to, regardless of your billing address or the state you selected on the age verification screen.

The state that I live in is not available to select for shipping, why not?

Cigarettes that contain Hemp are not legal for sale in all 50 states at this time.  It is likely that you live in a state where that is the case.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

At this time shipping is not available in countries other than the USA.


Why is the price of TAAT cigarettes different in each state?

TAAT is positioned to be a more affordable option for adult smokers than traditional tobacco cigarettes.  As such, when you compare the price of TAAT cigarettes in any given state against the price of tobacco cigarettes in that state you will find TAAT cigarettes to cost significantly less than what adult smokers have been used to paying for their cigarettes.

Does TAAT accept Paypal?

At this time TAAT does not accept Paypal payments, but we do accept all major credit cards.


I’m not satisfied with my purchase, can I return the product?

We’re sorry to hear that, however once your order is received TAAT products cannot be returned for refund. We would like to understand better why you are not satisfied with our products so please give us a call as we appreciate your feedback.

I have missing or wrong items in my shipment, what can I do?

Please contact TAAT customer service at 1-844-873-8228 so that we can work with you to rectify the situation.  Please have your order number ready.

My state was not available from the selector list, what does that mean?

Some states have restrictions on the sale, shipment or legality of combustible products that contain hemp.  If your state is unavailable then unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time.
